You are not your Fear!!!
According to Henry Ford, “one of the greatest discoveries a man makes, bone of his great surprises, is to find he can do what he was afraid he could not do”. During the celebration of the World Dance day for the year 2021, Park British School encouraged her learners to showcase their various talents. Students appreciated their innate ability to sing, dance, draw among others.
Truly, the notion of “what would people think”, or “what if I get rejected” has in more ways than one crippled many dreams and aspirations of youngsters. Every learner who had at one point been afraid of the “the crowd” was led to jettison such fear. By showcasing their talent, they build the bridges necessary in crossing the river of fear. In doing what we were afraid to do, our learners find their greatest discoveries.
